Streaming Consciousness

More fearful than fearless. Fraught with flaws, far from being flawless. Passively defiant. Silently vocal. Imperfectly perfect. Perfectly imperfect. Life is made of all of these and none of these. Ironic and oxymoronic.

Discomfort and distress are another name for fear. Complacency and contentment are ego in disguise. Vice or Virtue. Truth or Dare. Rain or Shine. A perfect balance of two opposing forces, repelling and attracting each other in harmony. Ying and Yang.

We are not our minds. Yet our minds say otherwise. Why is it called 'mindful' when it means to be less 'mindful'? Then again, our minds are not simple. Or, are they?? Mind wanders aimlessly and wonders endlessly. 

One thing is created equal: we all get one chance at life. 

With that said, here's my declaration of life: I am going to live my life as if it were my last. 

Be authentic. 

Be vulnerable. 

Be brave. 

Be kind. 

Believe.
